Insert ghosting is common on many WPC-95 playfields.This is a No Good Gophers playfield and it is easy to see the seperation on the 4,5,6,and 7 inserts.This is an issue in the original coating that can't really be overcome without replacing the insert text with decals which is more trouble than it is worth unless it is an extreme case.
