This is a new space in addition to my main large shop.I wanted to get the refinishing aspect out of there so I could use more of that space for storage.I also wanted to build the best set up possible with cabinet and playfield refinishing specifically in mind instead of making generic space work for the application.
I have spent most of my time the last two weeks getting the place finished.I tiled the floor with Titan tiles.Great product for this application.

Compressor and exhaust chamber are wired.

The compressor is a rotary screw unit with a built in dryer.Rotary screw means it runs super quiet which is a must in a small set up like this.The dryer completely dries and cools the air to ensure the supplied air will not create finish problems.

The chamber is directly across from the heating/cooling unit.Both units are extremely oversized for the room by design.It ensures that dust is removed(filtered out)and items refinished stay stable in temperature as well as air flow both are keys to reliable refinishing.

The lighting is enclosed in a vapor proof chamber for safety and ease of clean up.

The exhaust chamber can be quarantined while in use. No danger of overspray or contamination.

Ditched the hutch that came with the cabinet in favor of some shelving for a playfield drying rack.I need to put up a few more brackets.
Space is key and dedicated places are key to making it as useable as possible.

Simple thermometer and humidity gauge is in place near the drying location to ensure they stay perfectly climate controlled another thing that is a must for the best possible finish.
65-70 degrees,normal to slightly dry humidity.
